First Arab To Start a Nike Race

Dear All,

I know it has been quite the while since I have written in my blog – for that there are many reasons.

First, let me share with you EXCITING news.

I am now an officially NIKE athlete. I have recently got together with Nike and we are now partnered and I am very excited for this huge opportunity and chance to be associated with such a brand!

In a recent trip to Dubai, I have opened the Nike 10K #WeRunDxb race that took place on Nov. 13 in Downtown Dubai. I was very honored to have been chosen to the first Arab female worldwide to open the race for 13,000 runners that took Dubai streets early morning.

On the other coin, unfortunately my training intensity had to reduce recently due to a back injury sustained that has made simple movements very difficult, but do not fret, I am easing back into it slowly and my back is feeling better day by day as I keep taking care of it and listening to the doctor’s advice.

I shall be back writing very soon!

Until next time readers :).
